Photo Package
Our PHOTO package is our ultimate real estate photography offering! It includes 30–40 interior images of your listing, along with 5–10 exterior images of your property’s front and back yards.
We don’t skimp when it comes to capturing the features of your listing. We photograph every room from multiple angles and include vignette and close-up shots of key details such as kitchen appliances, bathroom hardware, railings, light fixtures, and other decorative elements.
What You Get With The Photo Package
- 30-50 high resolution HDR residential images of the interior and exterior.
- All photos are fully edited, AI decluttered for “distracting” elements like sun beams or clutter like garbage bins, items on the counter etc.
- Lighting is adjusted, color enhanced and balanced so that there aren’t any dark spots or shady areas. Where needed, skies will be replaced with something more presentable with depth and fluffy clouds/nice blues.
- Due to the wide lens creating a “fisheye” look, all images are squared and levelled for that magazine perfect look
